Salary Range: $450,000 - $485,000.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters to clients
- Interpret and apply securities laws, stock exchange corporate governance standards, and Proxy advisory firm policies
- Draft and review bylaws, governance policies, and codes of conduct
- Stay abreast of developments in corporate governance best practices and regulations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates must have big national firm experience or big boutique firm experience

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Washington, D.C., or New York, or have the ability to waive in
- 8 or more years of experience in corporate governance, in a major law firm setting
- Strong understanding of securities laws, corporate governance principles, Proxy advisory, codes of conduct, securities and stock exchange issues and practices
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Annual compensation range:$450,000 - $485,000.
Salary offered within the range will be commensurate with qualifications and other operational considerations.
