Occupational Therapy Assistant

GENERAL PURPOSE

Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Hours: We are open to considering part and full time candidates
No weekends, no evenings, flexibility of hours
Setting: Assisted and Independent Living community
Location: The Waters of Eden Prairie, Eden Prairie, MN

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current licensure as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified
Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
