Occupational Therapist

We are thrilled to announce a PRN Occupational Therapist position in beautiful Uintah Basin area. We are a looking for a Occupational Therapist to work specializing in home care to help our patients meet all of their treatment goals. We offer a great work environment, career potential, and a fantastic team environment. Our Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the following:

Assessing the patient's physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
Helping patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
Assisting patients' exercise for pain relief
Reviewing the patient's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and updating charts

We offer our Occupational Therapist a generous compensation package and endless career potential. Our OT will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to a pay per visit ($70-$78 per visit) pay scale.

Our OT will need reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a current driver's license. We are located at 301 East 100 South, Vernal, UT 84078. We can't wait to meet you.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
