ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapistthis school year for a contract position. This is an excellent school district with tons of support from wonderfulcolleagues and students.

Job Duties:

Assessing the patients physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
Assessing the home, and school environments of the patient
Installing the necessary equipment in the classroom for children with disabilities and teaching them how to use the equipment
Helping children to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
Reviewing the patients progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
Keeping records, and writing reports

Position Details:

7/17/2024 - 6/06/2025
(1) full-time - 40 hours/week
Supervising COTA 2 days/week
3 days no supervision required
(1) part-time - 24 hours/week
3 days/week
No COTA supervision required
Caseload:TBD, Elementary Students

Requirements

Masters level degree
State Board Licensure
State issued license as well as Education Certificate
Fingerprints required for district
