Occupational Therapist

We are currently seeking aSchoolOccupational Therapistin the Media, PA area. Please see details below:

Job Summary:Occupational Therapists will be traveling through out the day to visit students (age 3-5) to assign and facilitate their Occupational Therapy program. They will be traveling to their homes, schools, and other centers they might be located.

Accepting both full time and part time.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

Provide initial evaluation and re-evaluation of children aged 3-5 years old.
Evaluate functional strengths and weaknesses through observation and administration of standardized and non-standardized procedures in:
Neuromuscular development.
Sensory-motor integration.
Fine motor skills.
Gross motor skills.
Proper positioning.
Visual motor skills.
Oral motor and feeding skills.
Pre-vocational skills.
Provide appropriate staff with demonstration of Occupational Therapy programs recommended.
Work interactivelywithin the classroom setting.
Research appropriate records and prepare written report of assessment results and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Prefer pre-school/early childhood experience (aged 3-5)
PA OT License
CPR/First Aide Certification
