Salary: $75k-$110,000 per year (not per visit)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full time)
Hours: No Calls, No Weekends (unless needed)

Job Details

Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist

The Home Health Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers comprehensive occupational therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Education/Experience
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
One year of experience in a hospital or Home Care Setting is preferred.
BS degree or greater in occupational therapy

Licenses/CertificatesCurrently
Occupational Therapy license from the State of Illinois
Current certification by the NBCOT is preferred.
AHA CPR certification required
Reliable means of transportation, valid IL driver's license, and vehicle liability insurance required
