Additionally, they will coordinate employer and community health events to provide occupational health information and referral services to patients and families to address their medical needs. Training and Continued Education Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees. Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Current LPN licensed required. Two years' experience in hospital or healthcare setting required. Experience in occupational health, health coaching, community outreach, care coordination, outpatient primary care and knowledge of the community preferred. Required Licenses Current LPN license required. BLS required within 30 days of hire. Maintain a valid driver's license, with vehicle available for use-on-the-job.
