OB Hospitalist Opening - Palm Springs, CA Position Details - Full-time, permanent- FTE = 7.5 24hr in-house shifts/month (2190 hours annually)- Will consider 6 24hr shifts/month (Still benefits eligible)- Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and ER coverage- MFM performs rounds and inpatient consults with high risk patients- Practice attends about 60 deliveries per month- 30-bed community Level-III NICU/newborns 23 weeks and above- Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support- 387-bed tertiary acute care facility and is the only Level I Trauma Center in Coachella Valley, serving more than 8,000 square miles of Southeastern California- Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents and medical students.
