Salary, call pay, incentives. Salary based on MGMA compensation benchmarks x000D - 420 deliveries in the hospital last year x000D - Based out of a hospital-owned clinic. One other OBGYN physician on staff with two mid-levels to assist in the clinic. x000D - High-risk deliveries are typically shipped out. x000D - OR team-assisted C-sections on the labor/delivery floor, when needed x000D - 24/7 level one nursery x000D - No robotics x000D - Covered under sovereign immunity due to the hospitals tax district status x000D x000D Hospital is a 100-bed community healthcare system committed to quality, service, and growth.
