' Attractive call schedules ' Average 500-600 deliveries per year and growing ' 6-bed Level ll NICU on L&D staffed 24/7 by NNPs with Neonatologist on call ' DaVinci Robot on-site ' Certified Nurse Midwives take first call in house ' Strong physician team and compliment of midwives and advanced practice providers ' Newly equipped private LDRP rooms in brand new hospital (opened August 2019) ' Two practice locations within few minutes' drive to hospital ' Full specialty support including MFM, reproductive medicine, uro-gynecology, gynecologic oncology and robust women's programs ' Additional support and resources through UPMC Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh ' Support among peers and leadership, an open-door policy, and a team approach
