- BC required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- 15 - 18 patients per day in the clinic, 250 deliveries per year
- Clinic and hotel pager call coverage
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
