•  Needing call/clinic coverage once a month for long weekends (Wed/Thurs - Monday/Tuesday
•  Will need flexibility to cover opposite of dept and other locum provider
•  Average of deliveries per year: 375
•  Admissions Required
•  Assigned/Unassigned Patients
•  Patients Per Shift: 12/Clinic and 1-2/Hospital
•  10 Beds in Facility
•  Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
•  Active MI License or IMLC
•  Trauma Level I, IV
•  BLS Required
•  EMR: Cerner
