•  BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, ABLS Required
•  Board Certified Required
•  EMR: Cerner
•  Prefer IN licensed providers only
•  Call response Time Required: 30 minutes
•  Call Type: Beeper
•  Phone Consults: 1 2
•  Clinic schedule - Monday is no clinic (Surgery day), Tuesday 8:30-11:00AM, Wednesday 8:30- 4:30, Thursday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30- 11 AM
•  On average we are at about 25 patients on a full day. The Locum will be the primary contact at night
•  8A -5 PM
•  Patients are seen on average: 12
•  Support Staff 4-5
•  On-call average patient volume/consult: 1- 2 deliveries / week
•  Number of deliveries/year: 100
