Join a private independent, single specialty group that is currently seeking candidates to fill their generalist roles as well as OB Hospitalist roles. They have positions available in several Wisconsin communities both urban and rural - always with the help and support of colleagues both clinically and surgically. The call schedule is a max of 1:4 however, this floats, and their physicians are currently enjoying a 1:6 call obligation. They provide coverage for 2 hospitals one with a Level 3 nursery and 1 with a level II nursery. When not on call you have the option to cover your own patients or completely sign out. After-hours RN triage service is provided which eliminates much of the overnight call. Colleagues are highly skilled minimally invasive surgeons with 20 years of minimally invasive surgery of all types. DaVinci robot is available and they will mentor and double scrub with new hires.
They are averaging about 100 del/month and are performing approximately 100 major surgeries monthly. They are also performing over 100 a month in office procedures. 98% of their surgeries are MIS.
As a member of the team you will enjoy a guaranteed salary of 375K for the first 2 years of employment. Salary expected to be approximately 375-425K beginning in year 3 based on production.
