Offering:
• 340K base salary
• "Estimated" on-call system pay of $55,000 per year
• Production bonus - Averages 15K-25K per year
• Up to 200K signing - Flexible in allocation of funds
• PTO: 5 weeks
• CE Allowance: 3K
• 403b with 4% match
• Relocation assistance: Up to 10K
