Provide sporadic call coverage but also weekly stretches when needed
Level 2 Trauma Facility
Call: 1:3
Type: 15 - 20 minutes
Response time: 15 - 20 minutes
EMR: Cerner
Allowed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day Commencing at Noon), & Christmas Day

Requirements

Active WI license or IMLC
Board Certification
Clean history
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, & PALS

Required Skills:

Low risk pregnancy
FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
Routine delivery
Vaginal
Low forceps
Decision-making for c-section
Complicated delivery
C-section
Breech
Multiple births
Abruptions
VBAC's
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
Surgical gynecology -
Open
Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation
Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
