Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables), which is positioned as one of the four business pillars of the Repsol Group in the framework of the Strategic Plan , which aims to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen the position of the Company as a multi-energy supplier at national and international level, selects an O&M Site Manager (Wind) for its work centre located in Foggia, Italy. Your objective within the company will be to coordinate and supervise the local operation and maintenance work at the acquired wind farms and the new projects incorporated within the Italian geography. Functions Ensure the correct (quality and timeliness) execution of O&M tasks. Strive for the highest standards in terms of energy-economic availability of the facilities under your responsibility. Implement the company's Operation standards in the projects. Manage and supervise corrective work that arises in the projects. Analyze, Supervise, and Manage Contracts. Requirements Academic background: University degree in Engineering. Experience: Between 7-10 years in the electric power generation sector. Tools: Microsoft Office. Languages: Italian C1/C2, English C1 and Spanish (nice to have). Competencies Autonomy and proactivity. Communication skills. Alliance Creation. Adaptability. Stiamo selezionando un O&M Site Manager (Wind) per il suo centro di lavoro ubicato à Foggia, Puglia. L'obiettivo all'interno di Repsol sará coordinare e monitorare i lavori di operazione locali e la manutenzione degli impianti eolici acquisiti, insieme a i nuovi proietti che saranno inseriti all'interno della geografia italiana. Funzioni Rassicurare il corretto svolgimento dei compiti di O&M in termini di qualità e tempestività. Garantire gli standard più elevati in materia di disponibilità energetico-economica degli impianti a suo carico. Implementare gli standard operativi della compagnia nei progetti. Gestire e supervisionare gli interventi correttivi derivanti dai progetti. Analizzare, monitorare e gestionare i contratti. Requisiti Formazione: Ingegnere superiore. Esperienza: 7 - 10 anni nel settore della generazione elettrica. Strumenti: Microsoft Office Lingue: inglese fluente C1 / Italiano C2 Nativo Competenze Proattività e autonomia.
