This Director level position is very much a team effort to be sure that guidelines and policies are being followed and that patient needs are being met. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality care to patients while evaluating the department's day to day financial obligations, educational expectations, and administrative tasks. They will act as a mediator between Nursing staff and other Management.
