- Shift Differential $2.00 for PM & $3.00 for Overnight
- Up to $5,000 sign & stay bonus

Job Requirements: - No prior nursing or medical experience is required
- Must be 16 years or older to apply

- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
- Must be able to pass MN Background Check
Position Overview: - Provide hands-on personal care
- Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
- Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities
All-inclusive Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification - CNA training program = 75 hours
- Hybrid program: training is online and in-person
- Training wage $15.25/hour
