Milford Regional Medical Center Nursing Assistant Training Program Have you ever considered a career as a nursing assistant? Our program will give you the skills and confidence to achieve that goal. About Our Program: Comprehensive paid training to ensure your success (program length is 32 hours/week for 4 weeks = 128 hours total) Program is a mix of theory/classroom, simulation/lab and clinical experience. Run by the Nursing Education Department, with various guest speakers/trainers assisting Participants will receive American Heart Association BLS CPR All final candidates will be invited for a half-day opportunity to shadow a nursing assistant prior to receiving a job offer. Guaranteed benefits-eligible inpatient nursing assistant position upon completion of the program Qualifications: Must be 18 years old as of August 1, 2024 High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings, nights, weekends holidays MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends.
