This position includes teaching nursing assistant and supportive unlicensed skills in multiple delivery methods (in person and hybrid). Job Duties: Teaching responsibilities include classroom, clinical and campus laboratory instruction in the areas of long term care. Other responsibilities include team teaching and curriculum development, department and college committee assignments, student advising and community service and processional development activities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Nursing required. Current, unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in Kentucky. 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse and experience in the provision of long term care services. Preferred Qualifications: Preference given to those with experience in the application of the principles of teaching and learning and Methods of Instruction certification
