Position: Nurse Supervisor
Type: Contract
Location: New York, NY (Harlem)
Hourly Rate: $94
Schedule & Unit: 5x8 with rotating weekends
7:00am - 4:00pm - Pediatric Unit
4:00pm - 12:00am - Emergency Services Unit
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
NYS RN License
AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
5 years of Supervisory experience
2 years of recent/relevant experience within Pediatric or ED unit
Proof of Full Covid-19 Vaccination
Responsibilities:
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers
Assists with any corrective action.
Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counseling
