Things You Should Know Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting: Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree (We LOVE our Associate degree Grads.) An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon). Some units are accepting temporary licenses to allow you to start earlier. An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network. Additional certification may be required depending on the unit. We Recommend: Make sure your resume is up to date and thorough in describing any applicable experience and education - particularly your clinical rotations.
