Role

We are looking to hire for a dynamic role in our team. If you are a registered nurse who wants to explore the healthcare recruitment and research space, we would love to know more about you. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in our set ups.

Responsibilties

1, Hiring and Recruitment
  • Implement recruiting strategies to identify highly qualified candidates for active job openings
  • Create and post new listings on various job boards to attract applicants
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and application materials for qualifications and experience
  • Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess a candidate's fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or members of the management team
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates

2. Research
  • Be curious about development in the healthcare staffing space in USA
  • Stay informed about new technologies and learning environments in order to evaluate resumes and potential training opportunities for new employees.
  • Do comprehensive research to gather business and market intelligence
  • Analyze data and convert it to insights that can be used to improve overall performance
  • Arrive at solutions to problems by actively engaging with key stakeholders

Requirements
  • Clinical nursing experience of atleast 2-3 years in a hospital or clinical setting (can include travel/locum assignments)
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Strong clinical proficiency and knowledge of nursing practices with keen interest in healthcare research
  • Empathy and collaboration within a healthcare team
  • Effective English communication
  • Familiarity with USA healthcare regulations
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
