Job Summary

You will work in multiple settings such as clinic, skilled nursing facilities, home health and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds
  • Change dressings
  • Perform medically necessary debridement
  • Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director
  • Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
  • Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population
  • Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient's condition
  • Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner License
  • Must be able to pass all background checks
