Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Beautiful Estes Park, Co.

At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

For Full-Time/4.5 days per week:

Starting Annual Salary - $105,000 to $135,000

$20,000 Signing Bonus

Student loan repayment potential

Up to $5,000 Relocation package

There is also an option to work Part-Time/3 days per week:

Starting Annual Salary - $70,000 to $90,000

$13,400 Signing Bonus

Student loan repayment potential

Up to $5,000 Relocation package
