Multiple Outpatient Family Medicine/Primary Care Nurse Practitioners needed in Northern New York. At least three openings in St. Lawrence County, all three separate positions with their own homebase office/clinic. These are full time perm position offering relocation assistance and a sign on bonus. One year of experience in a similar setting required for PA's but new grad FNP's with clinic-based experience as an RN are welcome to apply. Schedule is flexible to your needs and can be either 5/8s or 4/10s, with varying start time.
