Envision is seeking an experienced PRN Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at HCA Florida Westside Regional Medical Center in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Note: Clinicians must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of recent EM experience as an NP or PA. Only those qualified will be contacted; no new graduates please .
Position Profile:
- 55,000 ER visits per year
- 43-bed ED
- APP Coverage: 24 hours of coverage Sat and Sun; 36 hours of coverage Mon-Fri
- EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictation
- Approximately 15% pediatrics
- Admission rate approximately 25%
- Comprehensive stroke faculty with new biplane
- 24-hour in-house hospitalists
- 24-hour in-house intensivists
