Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose sources of pain
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapies and interventions
- Administer injections and perform minimally invasive procedures under physician supervision
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-management techniques
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes and improve quality of life
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification in Pain Management or willingness to pursue certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
