Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.


REQUIRED:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program)
