Hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a well-known and established Community Health Center with multiple locations in CT. Both Primary Care and Urgent Care openings.
Looking for someone to join the team on a permanent basis.
Primary Care:
A minimum of 12 months experience in primary care required.
Locations- Meriden, New Britain, and Norwalk (NO floating.)
Schedule- Monday - Friday 5, 8's or 4, 10's, one weekend a month, on call rotation about once a month
About 21 visits for an 8 hour day; 3 visits per hour
Salary: TBD depending on experience
Urgent Care:
A minimum of 12 months in UC or primary care required.
Locations: Waterbury, New London (NO floating.)
Schedule- Monday through Friday 5, 8's
NO weekends or on call
Visits depends on the day
Salary: TBD depending on experience
