The Nurse Practitioner CICU NP will work in the Pediatric CICU, focusing on Critical Care Cardiac Pediatric patients that include patient care services like ECMO and Cardiac Diagnostic Testing.
The Nurse Practitioner CICU NP will join an established Pediatric Advanced Practice Program with multiple CICU Nurse Practitioners and CICU Physician Assistants and an excellent team of Physicians. This is a full time position with multiple shift options available, and the position will require a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care (CPNP-AC) Certification. Prior PICU NP or CICU NP experience is required.
The Nurse Practitioner CICU NP will work with children's prior to or following open heart surgery in a brand new state of the art unit. The CICU has recently expanded to around double in size and has a great multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to support their patients.
