We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice to join our team for an outpatient assignment in Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on acute and chronic care management.
Requirements & Credentials:
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and DEA certifications required
Schedule:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Days Needed: Immediate start for a 2-3 month initial assignment
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- No call requirements
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient position
- The patient panel is all ages (birth to geriatric)
- Volume consists of approximately 16 patients per day
Cases & Procedures:
- Provide general primary care, Acute care, and Chronic care (hypertension, diabetes)
- Procedures include laceration repairs, suturing, and toenail removal
- Support staff includes 1-2 RNs, 2-3 providers
