Trusted Staffe is partnering with a leading Level II Trauma Center in San Ramon, CA to find a qualified and passionate Nurse Manager - Med Surg/Tele to join their team. As the Nurse Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of patient care within the Med-Surg/Tele unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and/or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive management experience in a Med-Surgical setting.
- Preferred: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, patients, and families.
- Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing practices and procedures.

Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Current California RN License.
- Current BLS certification for Health Care Providers (AHA certified).
- Current ACLS certification (AHA certified).
- Current PALS or ENPC Certification (AHA certified).
- Current CPI card - Nonviolent Crises Intervention Training.
- Preferred: Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification.
