Reporting to the Director of Maternal Child Health Services, the Nurse Manager Women and Children will manage an experienced team of LDRP, NICU, and Mom and Baby Nurses and support staff. The Nurse Manager Women and Children will be well supported by Department Supervisors and Charge Nurses. Working with hospital leadership across the organization, the Nurse Manager Women and Children will be responsible for managing staff and maintaining the standard of care in the department.
The Nurse Manager Women and Children will be responsible for guiding nursing practice, hiring, and promoting staff performance improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager Women and Children will oversee the departmental budget and be responsible for quality improvement of the unit.
