Job Summary: Duties
- Manage NICU department operations in alignment with facility goals and standards.
- Ensure patient safety and continuity of care within the NICU clinical practice environment.
- Build collaborative working relationships and foster effective communication.
- Oversee multiple levels of personnel, payroll, budget, and business plan.
- Implement process improvements and department-specific initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current Texas RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
