The Clinical Nursing Manager is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s). The role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations.

The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement. This position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. The Clinical Nursing Manager supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.

Qualifications: In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
  • 3 years RN experience, required
  • 1-year clinical leadership experience, required
  • 1-2 years in progressive nurse leadership roles(Clinical Coordinator, ANM, etc.), preferred
  • Management of Family Birth Center including 6-bed Level II NICU
  • BLS and ACLS via AHA required
  • EFM required
  • NRP & STABLE required within 3 months of hire
  • High School GED required
  • A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
  • Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.
  • Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
    • Credential: Nursing Specific- ANCC Approved
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Pay Range: $45.75 - $77.19 / hour

Our nurses are the heartbeat of our ministry, providing compassionate care across our Mountain Region. Ensuring that these valued team members are compensated competitively is vital to the communities we serve. We are pleased to announce we will invest $20.4 million to adjust the base pay for our RNs, RN Clinical Coordinators and RN Program Coordinators/Managers.

We re here to support you so you can focus on supporting your patients. When you join our RN community in Colorado Spring, Lakewood, and Westminster you will receive a $20,000 signing bonus. All eligible RN positions will have the $20,000 sign-on bonus listed on the job description.
