Job DetailsNURSE MANAGER LABOR & DELIVERY (L&D):
Leading Children's Hospital actively searching for a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic team. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care, maintaining staffing, hiring, firing and ongoing evaluations, maintain budgets and regulatory compliance. Reports to the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Clinical Coordinator, or related
- Prefer 3-5 years or more of related clinical experience in Labor & Delivery, L&D, LDRP or related unit/specialty
- ADN required
- BSN Preferred
- BLS Certified
- Active TX RN License
