Our client is seeking for a Nurse Manager

Job Description:

Serve as liaison between the family, patients, doctors and other departments

Oversee and manage nursing staff, LPN's and CNA's.

Investigate all incident reports and follow-up

Encourage all staff to adhere to the highest standard of care and conduct annual staff reviews

Guide, advise, and educate nursing staff with clinical instructions

Report nursing activity to senior management

Supervise and support nursing staff

Manage staff and assignments

Job Qualification:

2 years RN Manager experience will look at RN who is looking to advance in career

Extensive clinical experience and RN Manager in acute or Long-Term Care Preferred

Prior administrative experience and training in both nursing and administration

Leadership and mentorship

Infection control

Organizational and Multitasking skills

Listening and verbal communication skills

Patient Safety focus

Active applicable state licensure

American Heart Association issued BLS
