Reporting to the Director of Nursing Professional Development, the Nurse Educator Professional Development is responsible for coordinating the Hospital's Education and Professional Development Department. The Nurse Educator Professional Development will work with RNs across the hospital to provide mentorship and nursing Education and help lead the nurse residency program.
In addition, the Nurse Educator Professional Development will participate in the recruitment process, ensure departments are meeting professional compliance requirements, and will also provide education and professional development to non-clinical staff members as well.
