The ED Emergency Department Nurse Director will be a leader who understands and holds the team accountable to a positive attitude, self-accountability and nursing excellence.
The Nurse Director of Emergency Department ED will manage an 18 bed Emergency Department with an expansion project currently in progress. The Emergency Room ER Nurse Director will work in a busy department servicing over 25,000 annually. The ER Emergency Room Nurse Director will contribute to the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the organization and is accountable for the standards of care and practice.

The Nurse Director of Emergency Room ER will be accountable for coordinating the activities and providing clinical and administrative leadership for the department.
In collaboration with Senior Administration and Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nurse Director of ER Emergency Room will be responsible for the development of both long and short-range goals, ensure implementation of plans and the meeting of goals, compliance and quality improvement measures. The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will also collaborate with the Emergency Room physician group and other physicians throughout the organization in the care of our patient population and quality standards.
