Job Summary - The Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident-directed care.
- A sincere desire to provide the highest quality of daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents.
- Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration - Certified Nurse Assistant with the Nebraska Board of Nursing required within 120 days of hire.
- BLS Certification Preferred.
Work Schedule - Varied shifts, 5:45am-2:15pm, 1:45pm-10:15pm, 9:45pm-6:15am; PRN (as needed)
- Occasional weekend
- Occasional holiday
Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
