During the Summer term, test days are typically held on a weekday. Evaluators can work up to a full 8 hour day during a test day, but hours are scheduled with the Lead Test Evaluator based on the number of test candidates enrolled on a date. Salary Minimum $36.00 Salary Maximum $36.00 Salary Type Hourly Bargaining Unit/Plan 223 Exam Monitors Job Description Responsibilities include: Ensure the test site is correctly set up and cleaned up on the testing day. Ensure all necessary equipment is available and in operational condition. Control test area by maintaining a working knowledge of MDH/PearsonVue and HTC policies and practices Greet test candidates and verify identification Monitor test candidates as they complete their written exam Manage testing environment to ensure candidate flow Observe and accurately score candidates as they complete their skills exam Resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor Protect the security of exam materials throughout the administration of written and skills tests Possess technical proficiency to reboot workstations, and reset passwords as necessary Register test candidates in computerized system Ensure the delivery of a seamless candidate experience Report any occurrences which fall outside HTC guidelines to the appropriate supervisor Ensure professionalism and confidentiality of all involved in the testing process. Maintain an environment of "standardized testing". Practice professionalism in your actions, demeanor, and appearance. Ensure a fair and objective testing process for all candidates. Treat test candidates equally and courteously. Report all security breaches to the Lead Evaluator. Required Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (expected to have to enter job): Proof of current RN licensure Proof of completing a Train the Tester course Preferred Qualifications Other Requirements Other Requirements: Practice infection control and safety standards always. Ability to provide on-site leadership for candidates. Foster professional and courteous relationships with Nurse Aide Evaluator Community peers.
