Primary Care- with Occmed services no DOT or Workers Comp
Wellness program: Smoking Cessation, Weight, Diabetes, Nutrition, Stress Mgt
EMR: eClinicalWorks
REQUIRED:
IL state license; active, unrestricted
Board Certified
Certifications- ACLS and BLS
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
3/4/24-6/7/24 Monday- Friday, 40 hours/week. M/Tu 6a-3p, W/Th 11a-7p, F 6a-12p
