OVERVIEW OF THE NON PROFIT ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
- The Accountant develops and prepares budgets for grant proposals
- Track grant expenditures and provide reports to the grantor
- Accountant ensures compliance with grantor regulations and guidelines
- Monitor grant expenditures and forecast future expenses
- The Accountant conducts financial analysis to optimize the use of grant funds
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR NON PROFIT ACCOUNTANT:
- Experience in Non-Profit preferred
- An Accountant with a degree in Accounting highly preferred
- Comfort with Excel required
