75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS - Please only submit candidates that area aware of theirsubmission to our facility but do not allow candidates to contact facility.Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please Note - All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission. If your agency or the traveler does not include all RTO in the submission form and adds it post confirmation, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the PHS vendor set. No exceptions.
• When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.2 years' experience current required inlarge PACU. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Musthave successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.CERTS: BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required and must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health andSafety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. Traveler mustpass the BCA (basic cardiac arrhythmias) testing during first week of assignment. Travelers that do notpass the BCA test will be dismissed.SHIFTS: 8- DAY shift 0700/0730/0800 Weekend requirements yes; if on call.- Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs required and provided by thefacility.
