Job Description

The New Mexico site is looking for a Process Integration and Yield Technician Manager to lead the 168-hour team from all 4 shifts. The manager will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 Integration and Yield Technicians and is accountable for the performance of the Compressed Work Week module teams (as measured against Factory safety, quality, output, people, culture, and cost goals).


As Process Integration and Yield Technician Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to :


  • Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.
  • Responsible for the appropriate training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of the Integration and Yield Technicians in a manner which enables NMDM to meet critical goals.
  • Establish a strong and collaborative relationship with other Shift Group Leaders, Module and Yield Engineering Groups and Area support teams. Drive operational expertise and excellence across all modules/shifts of the organization with strict adherence to Factory/Department standards. Assign personnel and priorities to resource the needed tasks and monitors the progress of work in process.
  • Establish and ensure business policies and procedures are followed. Set priorities for the team, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Use business acumen and judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Operations Management or STEM field and 2 years of direct management experience (military or other) managing a team or
  • 5 years of direct management experience managing a team or
  • 10+ years of semiconductor experience with demonstrated leadership progression


Preferred qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of MES/Lot plan fundamentals.
