An established critical care hospital located in northern Vermont is currently searching for an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse RN to join their healthcare team.

This critical access hospital is equipped to offer world-class medical and surgical services including 24-hour emergency care, pediatrics, critical care services, dialysis, orthopedics, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy. This facility is proud to meet the highest medical standards and is regionally known as a provider for both Medicare and Medicaid programs.
The Critical Care Registered Nurse will work within a fast-paced intensive care unit that is home 5 critical care beds. The Critical Care RN will work with a generally adult patient population and pediatrics. The Critical Care RN will join a team of critical care specialized nurses that specialize in delivering advanced patient care within the ICU. The Critical Care Registered Nurse will work with patients that require titratable drips, vasopressors, intubation, and advanced monitoring. Additional trainings and educations are provided within the service line to maintain skills and knowledge related to this patient population.
The Critical Care Registered Nurse will work under supervision of department leadership and will be responsible for providing adequate nursing care to patients within the ICU. The Critical Care RN must be able to effectively communicate and work within a fast-paced environment. The Critical Care RN must be a successful graduate of an accredited nursing program and must have current Vermont nursing licensure.
