OUR MISSION

At Legacy Village of Castle Pines, we believe that the more our residents can be independent, the healthier they are and the better they feel. We have been caring for seniors and their families since 1996, offering independent senior living, assisted living, and memory care services. Located in upscale Douglas County, we are conveniently located near physician offices, restaurants, and shopping. We distinguish ourselves by striving to make a heart-to-heart connection with those we serve.

Following a "personal touch" philosophy, we take the time to get to know our guests and residents and always look for ways to provide care beyond what is expected. We are guided by six core values: Be loving. Choose wisely. Perform together. Act boldly. Express gratitude. Mind the store. We believe that the more independent our assisted living residents are, the happier and healthier they feel.

We entrust only the most qualified, dependable, dedicated, and trustworthy individuals with the care of our clients. We strive to take good care of our staff. There really is a sense of family with the residents and co-workers here. If you're looking to work with a supportive, happy, and fun team, look no further.

READY TO APPLY?

We're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and help us achieve our goals. If you're driven and committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you. Apply now. Let's work together to make great things happen.
