Night Service Manager

NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager. This full-time night-hours career (8-hour shifts 5:30pm-2:30am) will provide supervision of a large Lewis-owned apartment community by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner. Your duties will be to monitor the community clubhouse, property perimeter and amenities of Terra Vista, a large beautiful 550-home Lewis apartment community in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. Parking enforcement, property patrols, minor maintenance repairs, and an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents and guests will be just part of this career's responsibilities. Qualifications for your success: Previous military, public safety, law enforcement, and/or some form of management experience highly preferred Ability to handle stressful situations professionally Ability to self-supervise and work independently Ability to walk your community, climb stairs, and communicate professionally with residents Providing excellent customer service to Lewis residents and guests Valid CA driver's license required & Drug screen & Background performed upon hire In addition to your competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hour, Lewis also offers a variety of medical and dental benefits plans, a 401k savings plan with company match, $60/month cellphone allowance, apartment discounts, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, advancement opportunities and more.
